this round is not over yet
but I am not alone within my skin
other voices , other dreams
other memories survive
we have a choice I believe
to listen and gain some slight reprieve
from droning onwards , insensitive
to those who went before, giving some slight edge
to those who are not yet , predestination of hope

this is very well written, i like the idea that it takes time to get into heaven, it's a much more powerful belief, and you captured yours so well, best of luck in the contest
