Love the pic, makes me wish I had a cat
Now as for the haiku, I think the last line is what made this...cozy. This flows together beautifully and I am left wanting to crawl into bed and sleep in the arms of my lover.

I have been cat-snapping lately myself... My cat is just so comfortable, so pleasantly plump, and just full of attitude and peace too.
This is probably the most beautiful haiku I have read. I can totally relate.

that's fantastic! i started thinking of our cat, and the attitudes she develops on her back. it's always one of two: a. complete trust. b. playfulness. either way, you can't help but be absolutely receptive of the gesture. open tummied leaves them kind of vulnerable, i guess. like an unreserved ... something. my head isn't working today!
