A good life, in love with another
Beautiful people help to forget about the other
Life is gone, life I once lived.
20 Years will go by.
20 Years worth of days I'll remember.
His face will never go away.
My mistakes stain.
Eventually they fade.
They never seem to fully go away.
Life changes, humorously.
My mind aches tumorouslly.
If we talked tomorrow, what would be said?
Nothing. Why bother?
I'm already dead.
Author notes
I know it's messy. My thoughts were thrown together, but that's how I appreciate poetry. I love mistakes. Flaws.

Thank you so much for entering my contest. I haven't had a chance to reply to any of the poems until now. Life goes by so quickly, but our mistakes seem to stay with us long afterwards. It's really sad this way, but there's not much we can do about it but use that pain to create beautiful poetry, much like you've done here. Bravo on a wonderfully made poem.

THIS, I LIKE. really. This one is really really well written, and since it deals with love, and I'm an endless sap, I'm automatically drawn to it, lol. Don't you hate that though? when it gets really awkward after a break?
