To manipulate you like you've done me,

but that never could be the case could it?
I didn't even know I had you.
Funny isn't it?
How you never realize what you have till it's gone.
I never knew you "loved" me till it was to late.
Hell, by then you already hit the road.

This reminds me of me and my ex. It onlytook me to grow a few years older and wiser to realize how much i could manipulate his weak and feeble mind if i wanted but it's not worth it because I am happy now. I like this inspiration. Very good.
