If I had only known such toxicity before
I wouldn't have wound up enraptured in those eyes
The ones that seemed to glow a vibrant radiation
Piercing what little sense I had and shattering it into a black hole
You made my skin feel like it was melting
As you pulled me from the darkness amongst hundreds
Tell me that you knew me
That I was something unlike others that haunted you
I could hold this thought like a gun to my temple
While I remain like moth to a radioactive flame called your smile
Your apparition is stalking me
And its depleting me of what consciousness I hope to feel
They should have marked you with a hazardous symbol
But like a child I'll prick my finger just for clarification
That plasma pulse is what makes me know you're real
And I'll give anything to feel as real as you
But I'll have to apologize for my eagerness
As I am blinded with my lack of dignity
And I'll just mezmerize myself with your solar flare
And ponder upon your nuclear abyss....
