The sun perched high in the sky,
a moment wrapped in perfection
That magnificent smile graces you,
as you lavish me with affection
The snow gracefully falling,
you make an angel in the snow
That sweet little halo shimmers,
as my feelings for you grow
You slowly walk down that aisle,
beautifully clad only in white
Not a dry eye for those looking on,
to that amazing heavenly sight
Three years now gone and how can it be,
that nothing has changed at all
I walk through that door back to your arms,
and instantly I once again fall
Was it all a dream or mistaken reality,
perhaps it was all a facade and untrue
Nothing remains now but a vision of the past,
trapped in these shattered moments with you
