I am the White Winter vallies
Untouched and deep in the woods
Tree lined ridges and ranges
My snow fall soft on the ground
I cover the land with a white carpet
Soft flakes float slowly around
Frozen lines of the creek beds
Hibernation in warm caves that abound
Hear the call of the hawk and wild wind
The lives on my brother the mountain
To the silence of snowfields surround
Animals forage and shelter sparse food
For I am the snow White Winter
Let me paint you a picture
Of a silence and solitude standing
And live hidden deep underground
