My heart hummed a tune
as it reached for your hand
and we were cloaked
beneath a fireworks
of destiny's design.
My wings fluttered
beneath your oh so soft touch ,
in flight together
colours melded swiftly,
moulding two into one.
With the cosmos our backdrop
the stars sang in harmony,
as we caught every colour
imprisoned within
stardust's prism.
