~ Memory

In the light of lamp, I found the moon
Its misty blue light reflecting in the sea
In the darkness of that rainbow night,
Yesterday, I made a memory..

I traveled across the mystic flame
Burnt, I reached the island of mystery
Beneath the dead tree of autumns gloom,
Yesterday, I made a memory..

I found wind blowing towards the west
Cold whispers of winter reached out to me
And there between the gloom and light,
Yesterday, I made a memory..

And all in light, I saw an immortal scene,
There, I preserved that memory evergreen..

    Excellent

This could be a prologue to a Harry Potter type adventure story. Enough code in the words to elicit a truly magic story. Absolutely well done.

I didn't know you do paintings too
wish I could see the master piece
as for the poem, it's different from your original style... however hazoor, it's very nicely written in rhyming verse... it's nice that you're getting inspiration from within yourself..... I liked the last stanza the most... it has some vivid imagery and is thought provoking.... I suppose your painting remains immortal...

Hey BTW I'm nicking the Back Ground...
