The sun is falling little one
Day is gone and night's begun
Crickets whisper I love you
Fairies sprinkle dust and dew
The night is made for magic dreams
Slipping down on bright moonbeams
Riding stars across the sky
The universe yields to your sigh
Snuggle close and hold me tight
and we will soar ‘till mornings light
Out past Mars to God’s domain
There is no height we can’t attain
Then with the dawns amazing birth
We’ll drift softly back to earth
and as our rousing fingers twine
remember still these things divine
So come along my sleepyhead
Don’t fight too hard ~ it’s time for bed

It's a lovely, sweet lullaby that flows through excellent assonance and alliteration softly rhymed.

Ah, this is a lovely, soothing lullaby and by the looks of the sweet little snoozer, it works well indeed.
