Two hearts that finally see
all their dreams coming true
Revealed to them their destiny
that is shared with only me & you.
When I hold you in my arms
you can let go of your pain
I always give in to your charms
and will never disappear like the rain.
You are everything to me
and I hope that we'll love forever
Because as lovers and friends we will be
there for one another through every endeavor.
Whenever you feel under the weather
you will never have to fret
I will lend you my jacket or sweater
and help you out of debt.
I think of you and think of forever
you are definitely my dream come true

Aww this is really sweet I love the heart warming piece it made me smile it remind me a lot of me and my boyfriend but then again we can't even see each-other but we talk on the phone and everything anyway lol I love this so keep on writing my favorite part was I think of you and think of forever

The poem is fine, but I wonder if you're getting tired of the rhyme pattern you use. I know, it gives the poem some nice flow, but putting a little variety doesn't hurt. Sorry if it's not what you expected as a comment.
