In heaven and on earth there is none like you
You who art all good beyond what we can imagine,
or desire
or hope for.
To be kept safe in the womb of begining
To be safe and individual
Not like another.
Growing into new life
Soon to be born.
Born to be unafraid
Thats not as life is.
It is not safe from bandits and thieves who would rob a poor one of his last tear.
The road is narrow and long,
the path is uneven to travel.
Feet that are cut and grazed
Hands that tear away at the thorns that bare your way.
Your heart broken and melted within
Tears that fall and heal the bruised skin.
For you Lord have travelled this road before me.
And I can bear it
Only with you beside me.
