this emotion that overwhelms us
steaks us in the heart
places us in positions we never dreamt of
this thing they call love
i call death
i've lived in the light and now have learned
that even though it looks nice from the sidelines
it will destroy you on the insides

am sorry to hear you were a victim of love gone sour. It hurts to be in love and it hurts to b out, i think sometimes the memories can make up for the hurt and the good times in love can be powerful. thanks for entering n good luck x
