Give as you are able
Lose your love of food
Understand that overeating is wrong
Take only what you need
Temptation comes to try us
Only eat what you need
Never take for granted
You have the power to decide.

Give unto others equally
Riches do not run after
Even when tempted do not give in
Every evil deed and every sin
Do not give greed a second look

Speak with words of wisdom
Laziness is sinful
Overcome the need for sloth
Trust in God before everything else
Honour and worship the Lord

Wrong thoughts put away
Rage can destroy lives
Anger is not good
Turn away from anger
Have no anger or hate

Enjoy others success without feeling jealous
Never envy your neighbour
Vanity is wrong
Yearn for what is right and just.

Possessions are borrowed and have no value compared to spiritual wealth.
Run after God
Image is not everything learn to value God
Dedicate everything you do to God
Enjoy your material possessions but, do not boast in them.
