She bought a new dress.
And he didn't even notice.
She did her hair all nice.
But he didn't even look twice.
He's her prom King
But he only wants a fling.
One night was all it took
He stole her heart like a crook.
Now she's hopeless,
She's just another teenage mess.
It's friday night and
she's waiting for the phone call.
But he aint calling cuz
he's with a girl at the mall.
She's just another number lost
when he washed his arm.
It was just an one night stand,
but he still has his charm.
She fell for the prince cuz
she wants to be a princess.
Hoping he'll come to
rescue the damsel in distress.
It's prom night and she's all alone.
He's out dancing while she's on her own.
He's her prom King
But he only wants a fling.
It's the last dance and he looks right past her
She walks away and out the door.
Eyes filled with tears, she wishes he cared.
So she wrote a note which she declared:
"To My Romeo,
Darlin, I loved you, So I gave my heart away.
I had dreams of being engaged and you my fiance.
I saw us in fifty year, still by each others side.
Wasn't it obvious, I was meant to be your bride.
When you kissed me, the whole universe stared.
Cuz You and I Baby, were meant to be the perfect pair.
Maybe one day you'll finally read this.
And maybe one day you'll finally notice.
That it was me who was at your bedside
When your mom died and you had to cry.
And then we'll be together like we were meant to be.
Life will be perfect and we'll finally be happy.
But I can't wait until that day anymore
So i'll be waitin next to heavens door..
Love,
Your Juliet"
She signed her name and hung the noose around her neck.
Waiting for Romeo, she stepped off the balcony deck.
She left a rope for Romeo when he arrived.
As to kiss her poisoned lips, would their love be revived?
