Just a kid with grown-up ideas.
The baby in you is wearing high-heels shoes.
No more baby powder for this little girl.
I want the one that brings the guys on the run.
The little sundresses have changed a little too.
Take a look how I fill out tight pants and a sweater.
My hair is cut up to the latest style.
But you won't see me in my nighty.
Well just you wait one more year.
This girl will be in the big leagues dear.
I'm a working son-of-a-gun.
I drive my own car.
I like things real nice, flowers just for fun.
A man who opens a girl's door.
Things don't always have to be high price.
I am past the hambergs every night.
