She would wake me up
In the middle of the night
We would share a hug
I would tell her "It's all right."
We would stay there all night.
We were alone.
Our parents both gone.
It was fine just Alice and I.
We had arguments and we had fun.
but I loved my big sister more than anyone.
I can still remember when we slid down the stairs.
When we went camping and ate smoked snail.
We were together like we were meant to be.
Everything was fine just Alice and me.
We had one fight that was hard to mend
She had to get a job as a bartender.
I told her I would work so she wouldn't have to.
There was the wrong crowd Bad people where she was.
It was all in her interest all out of love.
I didn't eat to save her cash.
I didn't go out to waste what we had.
She still went to the place.
She came back home. I was still there like I told her so.
We are still family and together we stay.
Everything is fine just Alice and I.

This is wonderful...
It must be a lot of fun to be this close to you sister. I wish I was, but unfortunately, she doesn't want to be and cringes everytime I get too close and yells at me to stop touching her when I'm not. But anyway, keep on being close to her because even when it doesn't seem like it, siblings can be the best of friends when you don't expect it. Awesome job and good luck in my contest!
