thought

turned to idea

in simple brilliance

courage crept

as inspiration intruded

fear was ushered outside

when confidence cornered him

and faith

arose,

began to flower

so momentum steamrolled

caught in future's embrace

until success

shadowed belief

and satisfaction

eased herself

into the rewards

of effort...

I enjoyed the expressions of emotion- the move form fear to faith-the move to trust

I really enjoyed this piece, it's strong yet it has the softest voice towards the end. Well done C

I really enjoyed this poem. The formatting, once I'd first read it, made me think of a block of chocolate divided into squares. Each stanza needs to be enjoyed on its own before going on to the next. The personifications were well done. I had a problem with "success shadowed belief" until I wondered if belief is no longer needed by success. Hmmmm.

I think you did a good job on this poem.Theflow was nice and the layout with this backround went well.I can tell that you put alot of thought into tis piece. You were complex in what you were saying but it was still not to hard to follow.I do like your choice of the title.Good luck in the contest.

Awesome. I think the personification of the concepts could've been expanded a bit, but the idea itself is really, really cool and the execution is solid. Well done.
