Everyone filled with the excitement in the air.

Memories linger of days gone by.

Best friends still find time to hug and sigh.

Everthing now has a frosted cheery look.

Remember the dinner and turkey I fixed.

    You have described the excitement that lingers in the air at this time of the year. Perhaps all that November has to offer is that it is a pointer toward December and the festive season

    Nice poem The extra letter at the beginning is not needed, since the idea is for the original letter to spell November when read down. I like the frosted cheery look line... it definitely describes this season very well.
