This time of year gives many people
the opportunity to complain about how bad there life is.
No one listens to me, no one cares.
I've no one to share my life with,
I don't have enough money, or time,
or I don't have enough of this or that.
But me, I don't have a lot of any of those things,
But I'm still thankful.
I'm thankful that I'm alive,
because as long as you're alive,
you have the opportunity to GET all those things
that you bitch and complain that you don't have.
It might be just me,
but I think it's food for thought.

You remind me of a quote you had some time ago.."You were glad you were alive" when you lived with your grandmother...Yes, with all the pain involved in living, we are still alive. Brave to stand the test of life..I understand....Love Momxxoo

I agree, being alive is the most important thing to be thankful for. I am glad you entered my contest.
Best wishes in my contest.
