    I very much enjoy poems that have the power to say a lot in very few words ... concentrated wisdom here in your verse that offers more than one level of interpretation ... (I like that, too) ...
    if we consider the commonplace connotation of "being nobody" (rather negative) and that of "dreams" (rather having a positive connotation), your poem tells a simple story of the common man ...
    yet, in some traditions, the "dream" is a conditon from which we need to wake up, superimposed on our immaculate being (the newborn child) ... be(com)ing "somebody" equals to "ego", therefore rediscovering our innate "no-thing-ness" seems primordial ...
    as lord jesus suggested : "becoming like children, in order to enter the kingdom of god" ...

    your poem says it all for me ...
