Falling down, ropes will not hold
Rising to void, falling to cold
People and feelings, wavy lines
Bold introspection spurs my mind
Cosmic endeavors and mental dives
Watching people live simple lives
I don a false cloak, she melts in my arms.
I drop the facade, she causes me harm.
Bare my wounds and she rubs dirt in the cut
By showing that my pain does nothing but
Outcast me from body, and all matters entwined
From interconnections and all that is fine.
Must i change myself down to the core.
Is there one person that doesn't want more
Than what I am when my true colors show.
I shouldn't worry, just go with the flow.
Maybe she'll come along...
