Close the door and turn the lock, hear it click in silence
Wonder does anyone hear it, or even notice the absence
Of your presence in the room
Why no, no they don't
Keep me out, even when I try
To kick and scream and fight my way inside
Then accuse me of not caring at all
In the end it is all my fault
Lock me out, shut me in the dark
After all why should I care about your broken heart
I don't want to see your tears
Or hear the whispered pleas
Throw the key out the window
Never imerge again from your domain
Slice your skin and kiss the blood
Nothing else I can say
Close the door and turn the lock
Hear the clicking sound throughout your mind
Looking myself in the past, does anyone notice
Why no...no they don't
