blue moon, blue moon
weave your spell
waxing and waning
as the heavens tell
legend speaks
beneath your light
all things gather
to hear the night
blue moon, blue moon
the truth do tell.
Author notes
Folklore says that when there was a blue moon, the moon had a face and talked to the items in its moonlight.

A interesting take... and the folklore heightens the meaning in your words... Very well done... and best of luck.
