Down home,
south of nowhere,
lost in the scenery,
of wheat fields,
and southern skies of lush,
purple, blue, and pink,
beauty of a rebel sky,
home town beauty,
a lake with fishermen,
lost in old tales of youth,
how it was when they,
ruled the world,
the rebel flag flyin high,
this is my home town,
tiny home town,
and rebel southern proud.
