Maze of the mind

Shadows are surrounding me,
Haunting with this memory,

Was this really the life I know?
Where did all the good times go?

In my hand I take this knife,
Ready to try and take my life,

Now my mind's begun to run,
Afraid of what my heart's become,

No one dares to call my name,
Life's just a pathetic game,

The useless lies mess with my head,
Saying I'm already dead,

I really do not want to die,
But as they say, the time must fly,

I really want to see it all,
Before I take my final fall,

The only reason I live this through,
Is just the thought of me and you.
