Remembrance Day.

Nighttime chills with a touch of frost, leaves of summer dying,
October sleeps, forgotten,  no longer broomsticks flying.
Verily, with yuletide dreams, Christmas starts to stir,
Even wise men value gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Misteltoe starts blooming, Scorpios at play,
Bonfire night upon us, Thanksgiving on display.
Each year we remember, those who fell in wars,
Remembrance Day upon us, graves on distant shores.

Nicely done. I've already gone through Thanksgiving here in Canada, so the only day for November is Remembrance Day... which is an important day in my family.

You've brought together all the parts of November very smoothly and turned it into a touching piece.

Thank you for entering and good luck in the contest.
