from a pillar
of mortar and brick
crystal eyes…
search
turbulent seas
to gather lost souls,
of his stranded flock

I had to revisit this poem. I love lighthouses SO much, and I love your portrayal of it..a beacon of god to lost souls upon the vast sea.

A lovely connection to the picture. The true Light calling in the lost. Beautifullly penned. Thank you for entering the contest.

lighthouses
Mally this is beautiful. I love lighthouses, and I always thought of the light as god's way of watching over the sea and her men.

-
this is really well done
was Jesus' father a lighthouse?
and was marry just a ship that sailed too close to shore?
so many questions

-
Intersting and unique!
Well done and bessings to you in the contest.
