Brisk Autumn wind,
Cool grass on calloused feet.
Red rustling trees,
The murmurs of the street.
A muted sky,
A flock of south-bent birds.
My dog with me,
No cause for any words.

Outstanding
You capture autumn perfectly. The imagery is very strong in this poem and I liked how you described the landscape at the beginning and then made it more human and personal at the end- out walking the dog. An excellent poem.

I really like the personal touch of this piece. I can so easily relate to it and it is very well written to boot. NICE JOB!
