Dogs Howl, cats Scream…
Who goes there? ...unseen
Doors Bang, chains Clang…
And...Hoot Hooty Hoo...
What’s that? Where’s Jack?
Big EYES watching You
Bump...Ditty...Bump...
As it Bangs out a tune
Ghosts and Goblins, and Witches Brew
Swoosh, swoosh…
Goes it... as it brushed by me
What’s that? Black Cat...
Or a Witch I see...
Ghosts, and Goblins, and Witches Brew
Who’s scared? I’m not… but
...Hooow about YOOO?
It’s Halloween Night...and
There’s a Full Moon!

This was so cute and fun. The perfect write for litle tike around Halloween. I think this could be converted into a children's picture book. You know like the ones that have the pictures hiding behind flaps and stuff? I mean, how cute would it be to read
"hat’s that? Where’s Jack?"
and then move a flap to see a big grinning jackolantern with
"Big EYES watching You" right below it.
Very cute! Thanks for entering and good luck in the contest! -

wonderful Halloween chant... really creates the answer to why we children of all ages love Halloween.... Good sense of rhythm... sparking all those momentary thrills one feels when Trick or Treating... lovely stuff.
