Don't wonder, don't think,
Don't ask, just know,
I'll never again
Let my true feelings show.
Kept so close
and held so tight,
Thrown away when,
I came to the light.
Should've never let you know
What's contained inside.
There are things to adhere to
Rules I must abide.
Things kept secret
Demons I keep away.
Despite me darkness,
You swore you'd stay.
Force to live a life
Of solitude and fear,
Should've known better
When you said you'd be there.
These demons will consume me.
"I can't be saved" so you said
So I must stay to myself
Until the demons claim me dead.

Wrote this when my love left me because he couldn't handle the darkness that is kept inside of me
