The Witches dragged him screaming through woods
Forest unforgiving for past sins, laughed at his plight
And they chanted macabre words of lore
In a dramatic and sinful copy of last rites
To the graveyard they took him, his eyes wept tears
Of false pity for the one's lost to eternity
"O Death! Take me not for I am innocent of murder...
and of trechery!!
They laughed in the face of his terror
ESCAPE!
To escape his nightmarish vision he ran through the graveyard
Knocking over headstones and tripping on vines
That grew from the decomposing bodies of past sins
Now they would stop his running and drag him under
"O Death spare me for it was not me!" His cries
Echoing through a deserted graveyard
Which led to nowhere, which led to eternal darkness
No escape was possible for him now
The Witches raised their hands to the light of the Goddess
"Justice be done" they chanted softly
For the ones lost by this man's hand
For his sins upon the women of this land
The moonlight refused to show him the way out
She judged him rightly and sent him down
He wept, and screamed hoping that Jehovah would come
That he was right and they were wrong
Thoughts of revenge fuelled his rage
No pity shone in his dark eyes - but fear came
Fear eventually took him
And the stairs to death appeared
"O Death... what have I done?" As judgement commenced
His anguished cries faded into the mist
And the Witches joined hands and danced
By the light of the Goddess moon
For their sister who'd drowned at his judgement
For their womenfolk burned by his hand
Justice be done upon you witch hunter
For your sins upon the women of this land
