Autumn.
This reminder of the fleeting life
When the moon does not show it's light
But we know it's simply a turn,
in a path it must take.
Why do we yearn?
For things not to pass away?
Is it not beautiful
to see the trees shed it's leaves?
Beautiful when the sky takes hold
of it's shedding tears?
Such a soft, glistening essence.
Even through parting
we can find beauty that sustains.
So if I should pass away
like those falling leaves
Or go gracefully
as a snow fake falls
I will surly be at ease
For the promise of spring
is sure to come.
