Heir of a Dying Day

An evanescent sun
Casts a shadow in the night.
Distracted of its melody
It fails its glorius play.

Colors become resiliant
To such a formal obligation.
Withering the barren land,
Decieving its fair cloak.

Birds begin their whistling,
An elegaic tune.
A requiem for all the night
Interred beneath the moon.

An expirience of lacuna feelings,
Of heat, of sight, of strength.
A majestic loss of such a brightness
Stolen by the stars.

Miraculous, it seems to me,
The sun fights back the moon.
Rainbows douse the land again
And black and white breed colors.
