The Sparkle Of Christmas

Oh its another year coming to an end and a new one to share,
I so hope everyone this year will be aware .
Start this new year and have Christmas every day,
for love you see truly should be that way.

Now I'm going to have a grand Christmas this year ,
and a new years resolution  to show love to all people near .
Make homemade gifts and let the children lend a hand ,
and bring back the true meaning of Christmas once again.

I have a homemade tree made from clothes hangers and foil strips,
Its a one of a kind and looks great kids thinks it's a trip .
It can be made with strips of cloth tied to the hangers its great,
and the base is an air filter cone shaped from a cone air filter shape.

Baking cookies and pies and a turkey in the dutch oven smells so good,
candles burning for those in heaven so loved .
Christmas music playing and blessed to have a warm home,
just the place to invite people cold and alone .

A blessing to them for a shower and a warm meal,
get to know them and what you can do to make their life real .
For gifts for them share some of your clothes to keep them warm this year,
and let them know they are welcome in your home not to fear .

Now as you begin this year lets all work together let joy ring,
for to love others in this world such blessings it will bring.
Carry little homemade gifts in your pockets and give every day ,
see the joy in those you show love shine upon their face.

Then as the night comes to an end,
know this same love all year through you shall lend.
For humanity if we could join as one beneath this sun,
would bring peace on earth for everyone .

Author notes

Bless this world and may God help us all find a way to show a love that resides within us all and help us learn to share this love unconditionaly.
If your eyes are directed to a homeless person be kind and give him or her hope and warm clothes to wear . If your eyes are directed to a child whos eyes are sad be there for that child and bring them joy of an angel sent from above by the actions of your words and blessings

The tree sounds like a great idea and so do the homemade gifts you carry in your pocket. Peace on earth is the best idea of all. Maybe one of these years!
