Like I'm above it all
Feeling good in all degrees
Looking at everything as inspiring awe

I feel a rush of numerous emotions
I love when I feel good about myself
Feeling sexy and even sophisticated
Like I'm on top of the world
With ever knowing wisdom
Times come where you dare to take chance
Only to crash and burn
Left with the ashes to clean up
As things are dusty and gray
You're afraid to take chances again
With time you emerge from your protective shell
To take a chance for sheer hope

A leap of faith
During a time when you feel it's all going no where
I'm thankful that I've had happy times
