One day they値l say I知 dead,
Some will write it down.
They will give me a small funeral,
Then place me in the ground.
Don稚 believe it for a second,
The false report they will give.
I値l be in the arms of Jesus,
And forever I will live.
He went so long ago,
To prepare for me a place,
So through out all eternity,
I will see His precious face.
In His Fathers house,
I will receive a room.
So know that I am happy,
When it seems like only gloom.
I will be waiting at the gate,
For those who are redeemed.
Washed in the blood of Jesus,
Once dirty: now so clean.
Please join me in eternity,
Don稚 be forever lost.
The price is high for your sin,
But Jesus paid the cost.

Nothing sad except leaving those we love behind and hoping they will come to know for those who don't so that we can wait at the gate when they come home. Blessings, again an inspiring write.

First, I must say you did a great job in the rhyme scheme on this. You did it well without forcing it or making it sound cheesy. The sentiments are strong, inspiring and actually quite uplifting. Yes, we will move on to a higher place and this piece has the power to alleviate that fear. Very well done

I totally agree with what you expressed here. Jesus has done it all! Great rhyme, and you covered all the bases.
We're Heaven bound!

wonderful my friend
the return movement when we move toward death but not quite there we see a bit differently mostly because of the loss we suffer towards the end of our life, our looks fade we lose our love ones, and some that are superficial but enables us to make that transition into death.
a wonderful thought in the arms of Jesus
God is brilliant
not that your there just a thought
this is a wonderful and well thouht out write
and your rhyme is flawless
God bless you my friend...
