    Great Write!

    This has the quality of Haiku! I love the image it brings & it's a wonderful metaphor! I've been feeling quite 'the vapor' lately so I can totally identify.

    I absolutely love the idea of time evaporating because it's so true. Time just seems to disappear. Your last line is brilliant and closed the poem well. Good luck in the contest!

    Loved this, though wondered whether 'evaporate' might work better than 'disappear'. Also 'drop' might work better as 'drops' or 'a drop'

    Great take on the quote. I liked the last line the best. It seemed ironic in a way, since the desert is such a dry place most of the time. Good luck in the contest.
