I spread as quickly
As a wildfire in the woods
And I can destroy just as much

That one little word speeks so much.... They are worse than a fire in my mind.. and being a teenager.. one rumer can wreck your whole world... I really enjoyed this penning... I love it.. thank you!!!

It was a good thing the title was obvious, for this poem could be taken twenty different ways. It was short, but still carried so much impact, just as a rumor does. I think that this was well done, and I liked the fact that it was short and to the point instead of drawn out and vague, as some poems on rumors can be. This reminds me of a song, which the name of I do not recall at this moment. I think this is vindictive of what a teenager feels every day. Good job.
