[I remember when]

I remember when 'farewell' was still an unknown word to me
when the clock hadn't stopped yet
when there was comfort in your words
and your arms

Friday was my favourite day of the week
when it was not connected with painful memories yet

I remember how we used to chat
about this and that
because the days seemed to last forever

and when things changed
you left behind
a longing that could never be fulfilled

So young to have such memories! Good expression of your emotions here.

Oh... I wasn't even aware of this poem anymore...
The story behind this one is a long story... It took me two years to get over this, and it wouldn't have been possible without the Lord's help!

      Thanks for commenting!

Highly philosophical. Nice presentation of latent sorrow that nobody could bring so excellently. Keep writingsuch wonders. I would be happy, if you could stamp your views on my poems too.
