zero in on voices
your second choices,
[second classes]
thinking darkness
[they think midnight]
as we sign for these divorces
fuck romantic
this skyline lies dusty
mouths musty
cause two things at once are impossible
two vices
but one is invisible
and sins are understandable
lip locked
tongue tied
forgivable
snap the picture
and the silence makes more sense
i'll never shut you up
spill your guts and their contents
so you ripped up my walls
to prove you didn't want to rest
so i could feel your words against my tongue
and hold the pillow in you absence
like sunset flavored vodka
spiked
and burning in your chest.
sit and notice
that our lives
bounce off of this reflection
a movie
film spewed from identical projection
on sunscreen
suntan
sunglasses
ceiling fans
but its like
kick em' out or keep em' in
cause the world about to end
ready?
steady?
now begin.
