Yeah, loneliness can on the rare occasion be driving and maddening, but I'm wondering . . . you seem to be comparing loneliness and love, but can loneliness be defined as the opposite of experiencing love? I'm not sure it can be. I know "want" is difficult to rhyme with, and "don't got" is just plain poor grammar, whether it works or not, unfortunately. Trying using a thesaurus or something to come up with another word for "want" and going from there to rhyme with it. Also, remember to capitalize your "I's", okay? Just some things I thought I'd take liberty to point out.
