heaven sent snow falls
unique perfection enclosed
snowflakes inner glow

mischievous wind laughs
ice crystals frolic about

confused symmetry

street lamplight reflects
golden hued mesmeric orbs

ground carpeted white

gilded flecked image
enraptured splendour captured
silent reverence

I spent a long time writing this. It had been snowing...the first snow we have had all year. I sat by my window with the lights off watching this incredible spectacle. The street light outside my window made the snow look like flecks of gold. They were swaying to the rhythm of the wind...dancing and cavorting around. It is something I will never forget. This picture was the nearest thing I could find to what I witnessed that magical night.

Very nice thoughts here that is packed with good imagery. Nice wording here. I love the snow visually much more than being in it (smiling). You crafted a 'silent show', carpeted in glisten'd glows of the street light. Very nice.

This one is quite a masterpiece...
... in words used blending with nature to capture ones heart without the picture.Not a word misplaced. Love the absence of frivolous words.
The flow is amazing in the continuity of images racing through ones mind.
If all your writes are of such high level I have a lot to learn from them.

    ahhh. That explains it (the familiarity I had with the moment you captured). I hadn't mentioned it but now that you commented on it, it makes more sense. The sense that we experience things the way others do (sometimes) is very inriguing to me.
