I boot my Muse and look within
Sometimes this fails to bring poems true
So, muse by muse I interview
for one good boost that I can use
That's the muse that I would choose

I suppose only a Muse at the top of her profession may entertain offers at her discretion. Until she gets there, however, she must audition and suffer job reviews just like all other working stiffs!
Who’d o’ thought it!? Oh, I guess you did! Nice job, Miss Darkwell!

yah you got all the executive muses mine are all apprenticing still
whats the origin of working stiff? is that like ice miners that got froze stiff but they were working so they called them working stiffs?
ima pretty easy boss ill let my muse try anything acrostics, dirty pretty, epigrammanicals, haikus in fact my muses boss me around alot and have even woke me up in the middle of the night to write a poem and i hate when they do that

Nice. I think I need to kick some muse tail. I have not had much luck at writing lately. I think they are all on vacation at once.
