You see that there, right in front of you
Yourself, a perfect reflection
All imperfections shouting back at you
"Look here, and here, and here, your not good enough at all"
Just look at yourself, you know what you see
Noone can argue, your eyes, their eyes, all possess the same talent
Critical assessing eyes show you exactly what you are
But who are you? Eyes, do they show you that?
Open, they can't see
The obvious, a blinding shield
Close your eyes.
Look. What do you see?
Look deeper, who are you?
The colors of your aura twining in and out of sight
Dancing like the autumn leaves on a windy day
Morals and values flashing like neon signs
in the ebb and flow of emotion
Character outlining everything
the structure, the skeleton of your spirit
Look in the mirror again, see that reflection
What is it? Your not even looking at yourself
Eyes shut open
Close your eyes
and see
