If today was my last day
There would be too many things to do.
If today was my last day
I just want it to be true...
I want it to be true meaning
I want to act real
I want to be me
I dont want to act like a fake
When my fates about to seal
I want to tell my true love
That there never was another
Who made my heart so full to fly
I want to tell my family they are the best
And no matter what my true hero is my mother
I want to stand in the middle of the field
And scream with all my heart
To let the world know
I was at least a part of its beautiful scene so
I will walk right up to a tree and never part
I will swim in the ocean
To feel as the fish feel; so free
I'll hike a mountain and run out of breath
For I want to accomplish one last challenge
And for once I'll look in the mirror and love me
If today was my last day
I'd live it like I would want to
If today was my last day
That's exactly what I'd do.

This may not seem spiritual enough but in reality if it really was my last day...this is what i would do. i would live.
