Yet still here you stand in front of me,
Telling me everything we have admitted before,
But I can only cry and put up with it,
Because you refuse to leave the whore.
Of course I love you as well,
And I always feel so empty without you.
But telling you this over and over
Will not make the two of us just as true.
You will always keep her in your heart,
No matter the times that I wish it not,
Because you are with her and always will be,
Though so a myriad of times for your heart I fought.
You will still continue to tell me that you need me,
And still whisper you’ll never let me go,
And I will hold onto you every word said,
So imagine the strength it takes me to tell you no.
When the rain falls so will my tears,
And I will silently watch as you walk away.
You will never see how much this kills me inside,
Because none of these words I will ever say.
