so far from where we used to be
i used to think nothing could tear us apart
i always thought we would forever remain best friends.
look at us now
such a big rift between us
i don't even know you anymore
we know nothing about each other's lives.
where did I go wrong
wish i could go back in time to where i felt like i belonged
back to the strong friendship we once had
thinking about what we once had so many years ago,
makes me feel sad inside.
wondering every minute
what happened between us for things to end up this way
hoping some time, and some day
we can get back what we had.
