It twas midnight.
The moon was covered by a single cloud, but one could still see it's light trying to escape.
That night she seemed to be insecure; it was her worries about tomorrow.
She sits on the ledge off her balcony, about to jump at a whim, when an unknown sound startled her.
Wiping her red xeroma eyes, she puts on her robe to cover her scar.
Walking over to the door the sound is getting louder.
She starts to open the door with a large degree of fear rising inside her.
Putting her self on full guard, she swings it open.
There as if it were a flash back of yesterday, an opaque image of him appeared.
It was impossible!
She saw the law kill him, justice was wrong, he died yesterday.
With a force of asperity she slammed the door shut, ran to the bathroom mirror and smashed it.
Her hands started to bleed. She was in a zone of no return as the pressure built up.
She started to write a letter:
"This is the last
it will happen
my vex has got to me finally
i leave with many regrets
you are not one of them
good bye my love"
The cloud finally revealed the moon's light, by then it was too late!
The next morning the police found a young girl laying on the ground, with a note in her hand and a scar on her chest.
It came time for the funeral, her brother read the eulogy.
He spoke of her as being quintessential, loving, and out of the ordinary.
He read her letter to everyone.
He knew it was meant for her deceased lover, whom died a day before her in a motor cycle accident.
She survived he did not.

A great write...though rather sad.
Very well written, the reader is drawn into the story.
Well done.
