realizing I've sabotaged my own happiness
finding pleasure in the most intense pain
insecure and lacking security
feeling stripped of my freewill
memories once shared are now better off forgotten
empty promises follow me like a lurking shadow
I refuse to start this life over
so I'll continue to wish these scars away
saying my aspirations out loud
time will potentially free me from the hassle of challenging my fate
to those who admire, gaze into the empty sky
imagine your world without me
as I make my final wish upon the biggest star

thank you
its not my best work, but I am trying to get back in the groove of writing. I've been sick. Such is life I suppose.
